Before you begin


  • We may need access to the meter(s) to turn on service if the meter(s) is inside a building, inside a locked fence or gate or there is any other obstruction.
  • All pets/animals must be restrained in an area away from service personnel’s path to the meter and at the meter.
  • When the requested date is close to the date of the scheduled meter read date, we will use the meter read to complete your order. Your confirmation email will indicate this if applicable.

    You will receive a confirmation email when the order is scheduled. The email will include any access requirements, order date and other important information. Please read the confirmation carefully.
