Are you reporting a streetlight with a purple or blue hue? Please note "purple or blue light" in the comments box below. This is due to a manufacturer defect that is impacting LED lights used by several utility companies across the country. We are working with our vendors and partners to get them replaced safely. Thank you for reporting the location of the defective lights.

Thank you for submitting a Streetlight Repair Request! Our standard time to complete repairs is three weeks; however, some orders may take longer depending on the circumstances.

Please note that streetlights located in parking lots, alleys or backyards may be private property for which MidAmerican Energy is not responsible. If we determine the streetlight you specified is not owned or maintained by MidAmerican, we will make every effort to inform the owner that repairs may be needed.
