MidAmerican Energy’s gas tariffs are divided into two pricing zones. These zones are determined by geographic location of the property and do not cross over.

The easiest way to determine which pricing zone applies to your account is the name of the rate: West zone rates are lettered rates and East zone rates are numbered rates.
