You must have or establish a Web account with MidAmerican Energy to report a power outage electronically. Selecting My Web Account
will direct you to the log in and new user section of MidAmerican Energy's website. Once logged in, select Report a Power Outage from the Account Services section.
You will be asked a series of questions regarding the nature of your electric power
interruption, downed wires or other electrical service issues. As a result of your
responses, an order will be placed, and service personnel will be dispatched accordingly.
