unlimited access to various resources.
There are two ways to access THE
- Access THE BUSINESS ADVANTAGE as a guest.
- Log in to My Account, select Change My Preferences under My Profile, and select THE BUSINESS ADVANTAGE eNews. If you don't currently have an online account, you will need to create an online account.

Be on the Alert for Potential Scams
MidAmerican Energy Company reminds customers to always be on the alert for scams – especially those that
originate with a telephone call. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be a MidAmerican Energy employee
asking you to provide personal information or requesting an immediate payment to avoid service disconnection, hang up, and
immediately call MidAmerican Energy at 888-427-5632.
To help keep your family safe from scams, remember this information:
- MidAmerican Energy's customer service associates will never ask for your account number. The company has that information on file.
- You will never be asked to purchase a prepaid debit card to pay your bill.
- Never provide personal account numbers or credit card information to an unknown or suspicious caller.
- When in doubt, hang up. Call MidAmerican Energy at 888-427-5632 to confirm if the company has placed a call regarding your account.
