  • Sign up for budget billing – Manage your household budget with the convenience of a more predictable monthly bill.
  • Set up a Web account – Once you've established an online account using My Web Account, you will be able to view your account information, monitor your usage, and sign up for free services such as Budget Billing, recurring payment and electronic bill notification.
  • Call us if you are having trouble paying your bill – Call MidAmerican Energy at 888-427-4632 to discuss a payment arrangement that will allow you to pay your balance over time. We also can help low income customers find local agencies that may provide heating/cooling assistance through federally funded programs.
Commercial
  • Set up a Web account – Once you've established an online account using My Web Account, you will be able to view your account information, monitor your usage, and sign up for free services such as Budget Billing, recurring payment and electronic bill notification.
  • Sign up for THE BUSINESS ADVANTAGE – Published monthly, THE Business Advantage is a free, electronic newsletter that includes energy efficiency tips and suggestions, power quality solutions, and environmental information. You also will have unlimited access to various resources:
    • eLibrary – Find energy efficiency suggestions, power quality solutions, and equipment recommendations.
    • Ask an Expert – Qualified engineers, research librarians, and business professionals are available at no cost to answer your questions.
    • Tools You Can Use – Get energy efficiency recommendations for your industry and use calculators to determine expected energy costs.
